 Anne E. Saturnelli specializes in patent practice areas related to computer hardware and software, electrical and mechanical technologies and semiconductor processing.  Her expertise includes a broad range of both U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, as well as client counseling and general legal matters related to the area of intellectual property for individuals and small and large corporations.  She has provided technical and strategic support in connection with matters such as litigation and corporate transactions.  She has a broad range of experience and expertise in intellectual property counseling including developing patent portfolios and strategically tailoring plans to address the needs of each client. In addition to having previous law firm experience, Ms. Saturnelli also has experience as an in-house attorney in a large corporation.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Saturnelli worked as a software engineer and then as a patent agent while attending law school.

 

Ms. Saturnelli is a member of the American Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the AIPLA, and the Boston Patent Law Association.  She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  She received a B.S. in Math and Computer Science from Russell Sage College, an MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a JD from Suffolk University.
